输配电线路抢修巡视数字化系统的开发与应用

摘 要:输配电线路分布地域广,目前人工巡视无法确保巡视效率和巡视质量。为此开发了一套抢修巡视数
字化系统,实现抢修故障信息实时填报、在线维护,实现各个区域抢修信息展示,可实时查看抢修进度、抢修状
态等信息;开发单兵装备,实现现场视频和照片的实时回传、指挥人员与巡视人员的远程通话和视频,以及远
程定位和远程抓拍等;完成巡视管理系统开发,实现对抢修系统任务和单兵巡视结果进行查询,完成设备管
理、账号管理、巡视管理、巡视照片、巡视地图、统计分析等信息的管控,不断提升线路抢修、巡视的数字化水
平,保证线路设备的安全稳定运行。

Abstract:Transmission and distribution lines are distributed in a wide area,and it is impossible to ensure the in⁃
spection efficiency and quality of the current manual inspection. To this end,a set of digital emergency repair in⁃
spection system is developed for the following purposes:to realize real-time reporting and online maintenance of
emergency repair fault information;to display emergency repair information in each area and view real-time repair
progress,repair status and other information;to develop individual equipment,realize real-time return of on-site
video and photos,remote conversation and meeting between command personnel and inspection personnel,re⁃
mote positioning and remote capturing,etc.;to complete the development of the inspection management system,
realize the query of the tasks of the emergency repair system and the inspection results of individuals;to complete
the information control of equipment management,account management,inspection management,inspection
photos,map inspection,statistical analysis,etc.;to constantly improve the digital level of line repair and inspec⁃
tion,and ensure the safe and stable operation of line equipment.

随着大数据、云计算、物联网、信息安全等技 第一时间受理,同时实现抢修信息线上化、巡视过
术的逐渐成熟,为进一步细化电力保障措施,强化 程数据化、业务无纸化。另外,通过统计分析、关
供电优质服务,高质量满足客户用电需求,保障迎 键节点可视化,还可实现抢修巡视数据的互联、互
