有源配电网规划设计与思考

摘 要:在配电网规划设计过程中,首先应进行区域自然资源禀赋分析,开展新能源特性分析;其次应结合新
能源接入电网的间歇性特征,开展电力需求分析,考虑当前和未来的用电负荷情况。针对地理条件和气候环
境的区域差异,进行了区域新能源规模预测,采用了多电源供电、分布式能源等供电结构,以增强供电的鲁棒
性。同时,为了平衡电网负荷,应用了能源储存技术,有效利用过剩电力。在可再生能源整合方面,结合地区
气候和地理条件,整合了可再生能源,如太阳能和风能等,以减少对传统能源的依赖,实现低碳发展。此外,环
境影响评估也是规划设计的重要一环,应确保电力系统的建设与周围环境保持和谐。最终的规划设计着眼于
可持续发展,综合考虑了经济、环境和社会因素,以满足未来能源需求,实现电力系统的长远可持续发展。

Planning, Design and Reflection on Active Distribution Network

Abstract:The planning and design of the distribution network aims to provide a stable, reliable, and efficient
power supply system for regional development. In the planning and design process, the first step is to analyze the
natural resource endowment of the region and conduct an analysis of the characteristics of new energy. Secondly,
combined with the intermittent characteristics of new energy integration into the power grid, an analysis of elec⁃
tricity demand is carried out, taking into account the current and future electricity load situation. In response to
regional differences in geographical conditions and climate environment, regional new energy scale prediction
is carried out, and power supply structures such as multiple power supplies and distributed energy sources are
adopted to enhance the robustness of power supply. At the same time, in order to balance the power grid load,
energy storage technology has been applied to effectively utilize excess electricity. In terms of renewable energy
integration, combined with regional climate and geographical conditions, renewable energy such as solar and
wind energy is been integrated to reduce dependence on traditional energy and achieve low-carbon develop⁃
ment. In addition, environmental impact assessment is also an important part of planning and design, ensuring
that the construction of the power system is in harmony with the surrounding environment. The final planning
and design focuses on sustainable development, taking into account economic, environmental, and social factors
to meet future energy needs and achieve long-term sustainability of the power system.
