Intermediate Checks of Brinell Hardness Indentation Measuring Device

The method was introduced, by which the measuring stick of the reading microscope and the indentation measuring system software installed in the computer of Brinell hardness indentation measuring device were indirectly inspected during the intermediate checks. According to the relative national standard and calibration regulation, the method was carried out by using the valid Brinell hardness standard blocks. The inspection results could be used to determine whether the indentation measuring device was in the calibration status, and the degree of the accuracy and the effectiveness could be confirmed exactly.
