Several Controversial Issues during the Implementation of GB/T 228.1-2010 and ISO 6892-1: 2016

  • By analyzing the technical provisions of GB/T 228.1-2010 and ISO 6892-1:2016 deeply, several controvesial issues were discussed because they are not defined clearly or detaily in standard provisions, such as:the range of tensile rate for Methods A and B is not consistent, the range of tensile rate for rate-sensitive materials is too wide, and the calculating method of percentage reduction of area for anisotropic materials is unreasonable. On this basis, some suggestions on the revision of GB/T 228.1-2010 were put forward.
