Test error of texture of 3104 aluminum alloy by X-ray diffraction

  • The texture of 3104 aluminum alloy samples with three different heat treatment states was tested by X-ray diffraction method, and the volume fraction test error of the texture was analyzed. The results show that when the inclination angle of X-ray diffraction test sample was 50°, the volume fraction error of texture calculated by ADC method basically tended to be stable. Reasonable selection of inclination angle of X-ray diffraction test sample could save test time and ensure volumn fraction measurement error within acceptable range.
