  • The local stress concentration is easily to cause cracks,which is the main factor that leads the metal structures to break down or fail.At present,the metal magnetic memory testing is an effective method to detect early injury or stress concentration degree of ferromagnetic component.However in practical application,there still exist some problems for the metal magnetic memory testing,For example,metal magnetic memory testing technology cannot quantitatively assess the degree of stress concentration and cannot assess the coupling influence of external factors on the magnetic memory signals.To determine influence factors on metal magnetic memory testing,based on 45#carbon steel material,the magnetic memory testing effect of the specimens under different tensile loads,lift-off value,detection of direction,scan path are simulated by ANSYS.Some qualitative results are attained and analyzed,which can give more basis for signal analysis on experimental research and practical applications in this field.
