An Adaptive Filtering Method of the Data Measured by Magnetic Flux Leakage In-line Detectors

  • In this paper, a method of intelligent filtering algorithms with the function of fast and accurate data processing is proposed. According to the different characteristics of magnetic flux leakage signals, appropriate filtering algorithms are adopted to realize single channel filter and multi-channel filter. The method realizes adaptive filtering of digital signals collected by the magnetic flux leakage in-line detectors, lays a solid foundation for accurate and fast defect localization, feature extraction and life prediction, ensures the safe operation of the pipeline, extends the pipeline service life, and prevents pipeline leakage and environment pollution further.
