Improvement of traditional vacuum box leakage detection system

  • At present, the traditional bubble detection in vacuum box during the construction of former nuclear power plant has some limitations, such as complicated equipment and detection process, great influence of human factors, and inability to record detection process. In this paper, the traditional vacuum box used for leak testing was improved. The integrated design was used to integrate each component, to achieve automatic control of pressure regulation and pressure holding time, detection process record and face recognition function. The improved vacuum box solved the limitations of traditional vacuum box bubble detection in equipment integration, process operation and result recording.
