    • The manufacturing process, physiochemical performance and machining process of thread of homemade 125 grade G3 oil tubes are introduced. The dates of chemical composition, tensile property, impact toughness, hardness , thread parameters and metallographic structure of the homemade G3 steel tubes were staristically counted and analyzed. The results showed that the homemade G3 seamless oil tube could meet the requirements of the design and usage for high sour and deep oil and gas wells.
