    • The property parameters of polymer concrete were tested firstly, and then the construction and dimension of an electrolytic cell were designed according to technologied requirements. The strength and deformation of the polymer concrete electrolytic cell were analyzed using analysis software ANSYS based on finite element. And the element analysis results were verified by the dimensional stability test. The results show that the verification test was consistent with the ANSYS analysis, the strength of the polymer concrete electrolytic cell achieved the using requirements, and the deformation of the cell was smaller than the limit. The conclusion provides the theoretical foundation for the design of electrolytic cell.
