    • The basal principle of the infrared thermal wave nondestructive testing was introduced, and the experiment processes of the impulsed and active infrared thermal wave testing on delamination of glass fiber composite were demonstrated. The lists to thermal pictures of delamination defects were deeply analysed, and after image-manipulation such as emendationfilter, strengthen, segmentation, the abundantly useful information was distilled, and then a quantitative analysis on depth and size of the defect was made. The results of the experiments showed that the technique was a rapid and effective method for the lamination defects detecting of glass fiber composite.
