    • According to the recent research at home and abroad,corrosion resistant materials for inner heater in molten zinc could be divided into two kinds i.e,self corrosion resistant materials and metallic materials modified by surface treatments.The corrosion resistance of metal materials in molten zinc is not good,and inorganic materials and sintered powder metal products have a strong corrosion resistance but they are brittle and have a high cost,so that the metal surface treatment method will attract more and more interest in the future.Surface treatment techniques,such as thermal spraying,boronizing and surface coating,are able to enhance the corrosion resistance in molten zinc,and thus could maintain the original characteristics of the metal substrate.The research trend of corrosion resistant materials in molten zinc in the future is pointed out.
