    Analysis on Delamination Reason of Hot Rolling Strips of 0Cr18Ni9 Stainless Steel

    • By means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and electron probe analysis, the delamination reason of hot rolling strips of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel was analyzed. The results showed that the delamination phenomenon was caused by oxidation inclusions. In order to reduce the delamination phenomenon, improving the management of continuous casting mold fluxes and avoiding the oxidation inclusion were necessary.
