    • A multi-channels acoustic emission high-speed data acquisition system, based on USB2.0 protocol and CPLD chip, is represented. The system structure, the amplifier, the filter, USB and CPLD are discussed, and the principle is also introduced. By using and measuring practically, its sample rate can be 10MHz, and the USB port in the system can be used at 40MB/s transmission rate. The system can satisfy the monitor application, which has the performances such as low power, easy carrying and flexible composition.
