    • In order to improve the adhesion strength of stainless steel sandwich panel,the influence of adhesive and surface pre-treatment of stainless steel sandwich panel on the adhesion strength was studied.The surface pre-treatment is the main factor which influenced the intensity of the sandwich panel.When aluminum honeycomb is used,the chemical surface pre-treatment with hydrochloric acid-formaldehyde resulted in the best adhesion strength.Under the same condition,the domestic epoxy adhesive is better than other adhesives.The highest adhesion strength reaches 4.63 kN·m-1.
