                    X 射线检测在耐张线夹压接质量检测中的应用

                    摘   要:作为输电线路的关键连接部件,耐张线夹的压接质量对确保电力传输可靠性和稳定性至关重要。受
                    人员技能水平、耐张管画线误差、压接设备定位精度等因素影响,耐张线夹因压接质量问题发生断裂的情况时
                    有发生,严重威胁输电线路的安全稳定运行。对某 220 kV 输电线路 8 基跨越高速杆塔的 96 个耐张线夹的压
                    接质量进行 X 射线检测,发现 2 个耐张线夹存在凹槽压接不到位缺陷,结合相关标准要求,对这 2 个耐张线
                    夹提出了补压的建议。根据耐张线夹压接质量现状,对在建和在运工程的耐张线夹质量分别提出了相应的改
                    进建议,以提升输电线路“三跨”区段的本质安全水平。

                    Abstract:As a critical component of transmission lines, the compression quality of tension clamps is crucial for
                    the reliability and stability of power transmission. Influenced by factors such as personnel skill levels, errors in ten⁃
                    sion pipe marking, and precision of compression equipment positioning, tension clamps often experience fractures
                    due  to  compression  quality  issues,  posing  serious  threats  to  the  safe  and  stable  operation  of  transmission  lines.
                    This paper conducts compression quality testing on 96 tension clamps of an 220 kV transmission line spanning 8
                    high-speed poles, using X-ray detection technology. It is discovered that 2 tension clamps have groove compres⁃
                    sions that are not properly positioned. In conjunction with relevant standards requirements, recommendations for
                    re-compression are proposed for these 2 tension clamps with improperly positioned groove compressions. Based
                    on the current status of compression quality of tension clamps, corresponding improvement suggestions are pro⁃
                    vided for tension clamp quality in construction and operational projects, aiming to enhance the intrinsic safety level
                    of "three-span" sections of transmission lines.
