Reason Analysis on Speckle Segregation of EA4T Railway Locomotive Axles Steel

摘要: 采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验、工艺分析以及炉数统计等手段对EA4T 车轴钢中存在斑点状偏析的原因进行了分析。结果表明:该斑点状偏析为合金成分正偏析,原料粒度、模温、钢液过热度以及钢锭锥度等冶炼参数不合理是主导因素。

Abstract: The reason of speckle segregation in EA4Trailway locomotive axles steel was analyzed by means ofmacroscopic examination,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,process analysis and furnacenumber statistios,etc.The results showed that the speckle segregation was the alloy composition positivesegregation,and the main reason was the improper smelting parameters including material granularity,temperatureand taper of ingot moulds and molten steel superheat.
