                      越南燃煤烟气静电除尘特性分析及工程应用

                    摘   要:为推动我国静电除尘技术与装备国际化,对 16 种越南燃煤烟气的静电除尘特性数据进行了统计,并
                    与国内 51 种煤种进行了对比,发现越南燃煤灰成分中的 Na 2 O 含量明显过低,导致其静电除尘性能较差。对
                    国内外燃煤烟气粉尘排放指标进行了对比,发现越南标准要求相对较低。对越南永新项目静电除尘器进行了
                    选型设计,项目投运后,对该项目的静电除尘性能进行了测试对比,结果表明,在燃用越南劣质煤的情况下,核

                    心零部件完全实现中国国产化的静电除尘器可达到出口粉尘浓度 30.2 mg·m ,除尘效率 99.93%,远优于电
                    厂提出的 98 mg·m   −3 的设计要求和越南≤200 mg·m      −3  的粉尘排放标准,该静电除尘器还具有结构紧凑、成本
                    低和国际市场推广潜力大等优点。

                    Abstract:In order to promote the internationalization of electrostatic dust removal technology and equipment of
                    China,the electrostatic dust removal characteristics of 16 kinds of Vietnam coal flue gas were analyzed and com⁃

                    pared with 51 kinds of domestic coal,and it was found that the Na 2  O content of Vietnam coal ash was obviously

                    too low,resulting in poor electrostatic dust removal performance. By comparing the dust emission index of coal


                    flue gas at home and abroad,it was found that the standard requirement of Vietnam is relatively low. The selec⁃
                    tion design of electrostatic precipitator for Yongxin Project in Vietnam was carried out. After the project was put
                    into operation,the performance of the project was tested and compared. The results showed that under the condi⁃

                    tion of burning inferior coal from Vietnam,the electrostatic precipitator with core components fully made in China

                    could reach the emission dust concentration of 30.2 mg·m and the dust removal efficiency of 99.93%, which is

                    far  superior  to  the  98mg·m   design  requirements  by  the  owners  and  Vietnam  200  mg·m   emission  standards,

                    with the advantages of compact structure,low cost and great potential for international market promotion.
