线束截面布局优化设计及仿真验证方法

摘 要:针对线束截面设计不合理导致线束故障频发的问题,通过建立线束截面排布格局的物理模型,并基于
多邻域算子组合策略和模拟退火算法,提出了一种电缆柔性线束截面布局优化设计及仿真验证方法。根据组
合策略调用邻域算子生成新邻域,在经过模拟退火算法的多次迭代和搜索后,依据退火函数以一定的概率输
出最优解,得到全局优化后的最终布局。最后,对电缆线束实例进行仿真验证,证明了该方法在解决线束截面
排布的问题上具有较好的性能和效果,算法的计算复杂度相对较低,可以在实际应用中进行高效求解,在二次
电缆柔性线束的设计阶段和现场施工中具有现实的指导意义。

Optimization Design and Simulation Verification Method for Cable Harness Section
Layout Based on Multi-Neighborhood Operator Combination Strategy and Simulated
Annealing Algorithm

Abstract:In response to the frequent occurrence of cable harness faults due to unreasonable section design, a
method for optimizing the layout design and simulating the verification of flexible cable harness sections is pro⁃
posed. This study establishes a physical model of cable harness section layout pattern and utilizes a combination
strategy of multi-neighborhood operators and simulated annealing algorithm. New neighborhoods are generated by
combining neighborhood operators according to the combination strategy. After multiple iterations and searches
with the simulated annealing algorithm, the optimal solution is output based on the annealing function with a cer⁃
tain probability, obtaining the final layout after global optimization. Finally, simulation verification is conducted
on cable harness examples, demonstrating the method's good performance and effectiveness in solving the prob⁃
lem of section layout. The computational complexity of the algorithm is relatively low, enabling efficient solution
in practical applications. It holds practical significance in the design and on-site construction of secondary cable
flexible harnesses.
