基于虚拟电阻的三相光伏并网逆变器谐振抑制方法

摘 要:现有的三相光伏并网逆变器谐振抑制方法以锁相控制为主,等效环路会受到负阻特性的影响,出现并
网失稳的问题,影响谐振抑制效果。为此设计了基于虚拟电阻的三相光伏并网逆变器谐振抑制方法。首先,
放大并网逆变器连接的电网阻抗,分析了光伏并网产生的谐振特征;然后,基于虚拟电阻进行光伏并网逆变器
谐振频率响应的分析,通过调整谐振抑制参数,避免了光伏发电系统谐振频率偏移的问题;最后,在网侧阻抗
终止了环流形态,从而进一步实现了对逆变器谐振的有效抑制。试验结果表明,该方法的谐振电流较低,增益
谐振裕度在 2~3 dB 区间变化,表明该方法的谐振抑制效果较佳,能够应用于实际生活场景中。

Resonance Suppression Method for Three-Phase Photovoltaic Grid-Connected Inverters

Abstract:Existing resonance suppression methods for three-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverters primar⁃
ily rely on phase-locked control, which is susceptible to the negative resistance characteristics of the equivalent
loop, leading to grid instability issues and affecting resonance suppression effectiveness. To address this, a reso⁃
nance suppression method for three-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverters based on virtual resistance is de⁃
signed. Firstly, the impedance connected by the grid-connected inverter is amplified, and the resonance character⁃
istics generated by photovoltaic grid connection are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the resonance frequency re⁃
sponse of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter using virtual resistance, the resonance suppression parameters are
adjusted to avoid the problem of resonance frequency deviation in photovoltaic power generation systems. Finally,
by terminating the loop current form of the grid-side impedance, further resonance suppression of the inverter is
achieved. Experimental results show that the resonance current of this method is lower, and the gain resonance
margin varies within the range of 2~3 dB, indicating better suppression effectiveness of this method, which can
be applied in practical life.
