A 型脉冲反射超声在瓷支柱绝缘子缺陷检测中的应用

摘 要:作为换流站的重要设备,瓷支柱绝缘子对管型母线主要起机械支撑和电气绝缘作用。由于户外环境
恶劣、制造工艺不良、安装调试不到位、运维检修不规范等,管型母线用瓷支柱绝缘子断裂故障时有发生,严重
威胁换流站的安全稳定运行。对某±800 kV 换流站新建工程交流滤波器场管型母线用瓷支柱绝缘子进行了
安装调试阶段的入网质量检测,A 型脉冲反射超声检测发现,有两只瓷支柱绝缘子存在缺陷,然后结合相关标
准对缺陷进行了判定,结果一只瓷支柱绝缘子存在不允许缺陷,需要更换。根据瓷支柱绝缘子入网检测情况
及日常运维状况,有针对性地提出了相关的改进建议,以提升瓷支柱绝缘子的投运质量,保障电网可靠稳定
运行。

Abstract:As an important equipment of converter station,porcelain pillar insulator was mainly used for mechani⁃
cal support and electrical insulation of tubular busbar. Due to bad outdoor environment,poor manufacturing pro⁃
cess,inadequate installation and debugging,and non-standard operation and maintenance,breakage of pillar insu⁃
lators for tubular busbars occured from time to time,which seriously threatened the safety and stability of con⁃
verter stations. The grid access quality test was carried out on the porcelain pillar insulator used for the AC filter
field pipe of the new project of a ±800 kV converter station at the stage of the installation and commissioning.
The A-type pulse reflection ultrasonic detection technology was adopted,and two porcelain pillar insulators were
found to have defects. The defects were determined based on relevant standards,and the result was that one por⁃
celain pillar insulator had disallowed defects and needed to be replaced. According to the grid detection and daily
operation and maintenance of porcelain pillar insulators,relevant improvement suggestions were put forward to
improve the quality of porcelain pillar insulators and ensured the reliable and stable operation of the power grid.
