                               罐式断路器绝缘喷嘴检测技术研究

                    摘   要:罐式断路器是变电站(换流站)的关键设备,其主要作用是改变运行方式和配合继电保护装置快速
                    切除故障。绝缘喷嘴作为罐式断路器的主要绝缘部件,其功能是保证压缩的灭弧气体通过,顺利熄灭电弧,
                    实现断路器的分、合操作。分别采用 X 射线数字成像检测技术和工业电流互感器(CT)检测技术,对某 500
                    kV 罐式断路器绝缘喷嘴进行了入网质量检测。检测结果表明:X 射线数字成像检测技术不能检出绝缘喷
                    嘴内部的微小缺陷,而工业 CT 检测技术不仅能发现绝缘喷嘴内部微小缺陷,还能确定缺陷的位置和尺寸
                    并对缺陷进行统计分析。工业 CT 检测试验结果显示:绝缘喷嘴内部易发生脱落部位主要集中在上端(端
                    口直径较小一端)20~80 mm 处;且缺陷体积在 0~0.20 mm 的概率超过 90%。

                    Abstract:The pot circuit breaker is the key equipment of substation (converter station), whose main function is
                    to change the operation mode and cooperate with the relay protection device to quickly remove the fault. The insu⁃
                    lation nozzle is the main insulating part of the pot circuit breaker, whose function is to ensure the passage of the
                    compressed arc extinguishing gas, to extinguish the arc smoothly, and to realize the split and joint operation of the
                    breaker. X-ray digital imaging detection technology and industrial CT detection technologys are used to test the
                    quality of a 500 kV canister circuit breaker insulation nozzle. The test results showed that the X-ray digital imag⁃
                    ing detection technology could not detect the tiny defects inside the insulation nozzle, while the industrial CT de⁃
                    tection technology could not only detect the tiny defects inside the insulation nozzle, but also determine the loca⁃
                    tion and size of defects and perform statistical analysis of defects. Industrial CT test results show that the parts of
                    the  insulation  nozzle  prone  to  fall  off  are  mainly  concentrated  in  the  upper  end  (the  end  of  the  port  diameter  is

                    smaller) 20 ~80 mm; And the probability of defect volume in the range of 0 ~ 0.20 mm  is more than 90%.
