基于变异系数特征的配电网谐波责任评估方法

摘 要:随着大量分布式新能源和电力电子设备并入配电网,系统谐波污染问题愈发严重,判别用户与系统在
公共耦合点(PCC)处的谐波责任是谐波治理的重要前提。分布式新能源逆变系统的等效输出谐波阻抗非远
大于系统谐波阻抗,导致已有谐波责任评估方法精度降低甚至失效。针对此问题,提出了一种基于系统谐波
阻抗变异系数特征的配电网谐波责任评估方法。为了精准表征稳定运行状态下系统谐波阻抗波动的平缓特
性,采用了变异系数来衡量系统侧谐波阻抗的波动程度,并以变异系数最小为目标建立了最优化模型;进而通
过粒子群算法求解该模型从而获得系统侧谐波电压并进一步计算出系统谐波阻抗值,以实现该测量周期内
PCC 处谐波责任的量化区分。通过诺顿等效电路模型、三馈线模型、分布式新能源并网模型等 3 种场景验证
了所提方法的有效性。

Harmonic Responsibility Evaluation Method for Distribution Network Based on
Variation Coefficient Characteristics

Abstract:As a large amount of distributed new energy and power electronic equipment were integrated into the
distribution network,the harmonic pollution of the system was becoming more and more serious. It was an impor⁃
tant premise to judge the harmonic responsibility between the user and the system at the point of common coupling
(PCC) The equivalent output harmonic impedance of distributed new energy inverter system was not much

larger than the system harmonic impedance,resulting in the accuracy of existing harmonic responsibility assess⁃
ment methods be less accurate or even ineffective. Therefore,a harmonic responsibility evaluation method of dis⁃
tribution network based on the characteristics of harmonic impedance variation coefficient was proposed. In order
to accurately characterize the smooth fluctuation characteristics of the harmonic impedance of the system under
stable operation,variation coefficient was used to measure the fluctuation degree of the harmonic impedance of
the system side,and the optimization model was established with the minimum variation coefficient as the objec⁃
tive. Then particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the model to obtain the harmonic voltage of
the system side and calculate the harmonic impedance of the system,so as to realize the quantification of the har⁃
monic responsibility at the PCC within the measurement period. Three scenarios,such as the distributed new en⁃
ergy grid connection model,were used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
