基于机器学习的电力系统操作票

语音指令识别的应用研究

摘 要：电力系统操作票语音指令识别用于辅助操作人员对倒闸操作票操作指令的操作。以语音识别技术为
核心，结合机器学习和数字信号处理等技术，设计了一套电力系统操作票语音指令识别软件。使用语音识别
技术实现操作人员对操作票指令的二次复述，二次复述均复述成功才执行操作票相关指令。电力系统操作票
语音指令识别需应用于相关操作票系统，应用软件以录入倒闸操作的工作票为界面，系统需识别工作票当中
的操作步骤。在执行倒闸操作的过程中，电力系统操作票语音指令识别需按步骤与流程识别对应的语音操作
指令，为倒闸操作流程提供语音指令的正确性验证，并提供相应的流程引导与指示，保障工作人员的倒闸操作
步骤与工作票一致。衔接相关操作票系统提出了一种数字化智能倒闸操作执行辅助方案。搭配一键开票系
统，为数字化倒闸操作模式提供了智能语音指令识别技术支撑。

Research on the Application of Speech Instruction Recognition for Power System

Operation Tickets Based on Machine Learning

Abstract：Voice instruction recognition for power system operation tickets is used to assist operators in operating
the operation instructions of the switching operation ticket. A set of power system operation ticket voice instruc⁃
tion recognition software was designed with speech recognition technology as the core, combined with machine
learning and digital signal processing technologies. Using speech recognition technology to enable operators to re⁃
peat the instructions on the operation ticket twice. Only after successful repetition can the relevant instructions on
the operation ticket be executed. The voice command recognition of the power system operation ticket needs to be
applied to the relevant operation ticket system. The application software uses the work ticket for inputting the
switching operation as the interface, and the system needs to recognize the operation steps in the work ticket. Dur⁃
ing the process of executing the switching operation, the voice command recognition of the power system opera⁃
tion ticket needs to identify the corresponding voice operation instructions according to the steps and processes,
provide the correctness verification of the voice command for the switching operation process, and provide corre⁃
sponding process guidance and instructions to ensure that the switching operation steps of the staff are consistent
with the work ticket. A digital intelligent switching operation execution assistance scheme has been proposed to
connect relevant operation ticket systems. Paired with a one click invoicing system, it provides intelligent voice in⁃
struction recognition technology support for the digital switching operation mode.
